Sarah

Of all my fathers cousins, I probably knew t:A1~1tft Sarah Lothian Walker best of all. She married William J. Walker, my fathers cousin, and for many years, they operated a dairy farm at West Templeton, Quebec, about 8 miles east of Ottawa. Much of his produce was sold to the Chateau Laurier, Ottawa. During the first year of my employment, I used to visit the Walker farm, making the trip by bicycle in summer arid also skiing across the Ottawa River from Rockcliffe Park to the other side ~nd thence over the fields to my destination. After retirement, Willie and Sarah Walker made their home in East Templeton, and later in the Wrightville area of Hull, P. Q. Their family consisted of Melvyn Lothian Walker, who after graduation as an engineer from McGill University, spent most of his career with Imperial Oil Limited at Sarnia, Ontario. Since retirement he has continued to live there with his wife, Dorothy Owen. They have one son, Owen Walker. The Walkers only daughter, Marjorie, an accomplished musician, taught piano, arid has lived in Hull since the death of her parents.

Margaret

I do not remember Mrs. Margaret Lothian King, who lived in her later years with her sister Mrs. Helen Knox and brother Robert Lothian, on the family farm.

Marjorie

Marjorie was a twin sister of Susannah Lothian. She married William Evoy. The Evoys had a family of nine. Mrs. Frances Keeth has a complete history.

Edward

Edward was the third child of George Lothian. He died at the age of 27 in Manitoba.
